I have begun experimenting with Emulator software which is based on Traktor, using a touchscreen PC or Mac. It's a bit more complicated than Mixx or Virtual DJ but has full iTunes integration and some very cool effects. The automatic beat matching is a great feature, allowing for perfect beat mixes.
